Trinity College Cambridge
For the gardening staff at Trinity College, audiometry assessments and HAVS (Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome) testing were two essential tasks we facilitated. The reports and findings from this were reported to the company’s HR department as well as their appointed health and safety leaders to act upon accordingly.
General health surveillance fed into the case management and report writing work which we performed on the behalf of Trinity College. This helps bring professional guidance for the company, allowing them to better cater for the health of their staff and escalate any issues should they arise. These protections are important, because people are at the heart of every business.
Trinity College now have in place, the framework for assessing their staff and counteracting some of the negative impacts which the gardeners’ work can have on their health.
