Express Drainage Group

With various sites located across the UK, Express Drainage Group’s main aim was to make sure that the health and well-being of their staff at the different depots was being closely supported. With this in mind, they engaged with Healthier Workforce. 

Taking everything on board, our network of occupational health professionals worked closely with Express Drainage Group to identify which of our services were most suitable for their company goals. Due to the machinery, vehicles, and equipment their engineers operate, along with their night workers based at various sites, we knew that health surveillance programmes were required to promote a safe working environment. By doing so, we have been able to monitor and maintain their employees’ health to help reduce sickness absence at the company. 

 Our nationwide coverage has meant that we have been able to supply resource and expertise wherever the location, and on the rare occasions our support has been called upon at short notice, we have been able to deliver without delay.
